Butterflies
I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to work at ATB&B in the 2’s room with Margo. Getting to know these beautiful little humans is pure joy.
Before coming to ATB&B, I previously worked at a Montessori school in Evanston where my 3 children, Caroline, Margaret, and Jimmy, all began their journeys.

Daisies, Sunflowers, & JK Enrichment
I have been teaching at ATB&B in the Daisies and Sunflowers room since 2008. Prior to that, I was a full-time elementary school teacher before my two children were born. I live in Wilmette with my husband, Vince, whom I met as an undergraduate at DePauw University. I then attended the Erikson Institute for my master's degree in education.
I love teaching twos because everything is new. It's their first time in school and there is so much to learn! I also like working with the parents and getting to know the whole family so my students know I really care about their world.

Sparrows
I began teaching at ATB&B in the Fall of 2021 to return to my passion of teaching that I've had since college. I received my BA in History, French, and Education from Fairfield University and my JD from St John’s University School of Law. I taught and practiced law before my three children were born and then shifted to stay home and raise my family. We live in Winnetka where I have volunteered in our schools, village, and larger North Shore community. I began substitute teaching a few years ago once my children were older! Now that my two daughters are in college and my son is in high school, I decided it was time to go back to my love of teaching.
ATB&B is the warmest, most nurturing environment and I am honored to be working here. Each day is an adventure and I am so proud to be part of the beginning of your child’s learning and discovery journey.

Junior Kindergarten
I began teaching Junior Kindergarten in the fall of 2024. I received my BMA in Lyric Theatre from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Along with my love for performing, I have always had a love for teaching. Whether it be theatre, voice or academics the love for watching my students grow is always something that has made my heart whole. I love teaching JK because we get to teach so many new topics to our students. It’s a joy to watch their eyes light up when they learn something new! Coming to ATB&B has been the most rewarding experience, I love watching our students discover, grow and learn something new each day!

Butterflies
I have always had a passion for working with children. Throughout my life here, I have dedicated most of my time to taking care of life's most important gift - children! While I was born and educated in Poland, my dream of teaching in the USA became a reality when I began working at ATB&B. I feel blessed to teach alongside a wonderful staff and to have the opportunity to watch children grow and flourish. Caring, nurturing, and guiding children has been such a privilege!

Butterflies & Junior Kindergarten
I am so grateful to have found my way into ATB&B in December of 2024 as an assistant teacher to the JK classroom, where I found my passion for teaching. I graduated from Columbia College in the Spring of 2024 with a masters in Arts Management, but have since rerouted to pursue teaching. I am dedicated to developing my knowledge and experience so that I can be the best possible teacher for my JK and Butterfly students!

Junior Kindergarten
I joined ATB&B in the fall of 2008. The timing was perfect as my 2 boys, now grown, had become more independent. I moved to teaching the 3-year-olds after teaching the 2-year-old class for 2 years. I have a BS in Education and love teaching, especially teaching at ATB&B! It's a joy to see a child's eyes light up when they try something new. I love that I am helping to influence the learning of these sweet little ones!

Junior Kindergarten
Before joining the ATB&B family, I taught 2nd grade and Kindergarten. I have enjoyed my years teaching at All Things Bright and Beautiful, first, teaching the Two-year-olds since 2001, and later, joining the JK team in 2020. I’ve also loved developing JK Enrichment programs over the last 15 years. I have a BA in History from Smith College, and an MA in Education from National-Louis University. My passions are working with children, music, dance, theater, reading and travel. I have three children, all of whom loved ATB&B Preschool when they were little. Most recently, I became a proud grandmother to little Jack! I also have two golden retrievers who think they are humans.

Sparrows & Butterflies
I joined the All Things Bright and Beautiful community in fall 2023, beginning in the Daisies room and moving to the Sparrows room in 2025. Prior to this, I worked as an associate teacher at Crow Island Elementary School in Winnetka, teaching 1st and 3rd grades while earning my Master’s degree in Education. Both of my daughters participated in All Things Bright and Beautiful programs and are now thriving at ages 13 and 9.
Teaching is my second career. Before entering education, I worked as a news producer and reporter, an experience that strengthened my communication skills and adaptability—qualities I bring into the classroom each day.
Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and raised in Aspen, Colorado, I bring a broad perspective to my role as an educator. I am deeply committed to patience, lifelong learning, and supporting each child’s growth and confidence.

Daisies & Sunflowers
I came to All Things Bright and Beautiful in 2024 after time away from the elementary classroom to raise my three children. I have my Masters in Education from Northwestern, and have done quite a bit of volunteer work for the Winnetka schools, the Community House and Lurie Children’s. I am happy and grateful to have returned to the classroom and to be a part of this special school with such loving and engaging staff. Our students bring such a delightful glow to school, and I am so honored to be a part of their growth.
