Cloister and Garden Planting

Saturday, May 20

Do you have a green thumb? If you do not have a green thumb, do you have a reasonably strong back? If you have neither a green thumb nor a reasonably strong back, do you nevertheless love the beauty of our columbarium cloister and the gardens and planters around the church grounds? And, if so, how would you like to help create some of that beauty this year?

A crew will be gathering on Saturday morning, May 20, at 8:00 to plant flowers in the cloister and around the front of the church buildings. Knowledge of gardening is by no means required, as experienced leaders will be on hand to help guide the efforts. The more hands, the lighter the labor! Please join the gardening team and assist in enhancing our gorgeous parish surroundings as we enjoy the waning days of the Easter Season and prepare for a glorious summer. For questions or to sign up, contact either Cary Johnson or Barbara Haljun.
